COVID-19: Preventive measures

There may be a delay for deliveries due to the carrier. Delivery to residences only.

Delivery

Quebec and Ontario fixed charges of $ 10 to $ 15 * with the exception of Basse-Côte-Nord (regular service): 4 to 7 working days.

Labrador and Newfoundland fixed fee of $ 37 (regular service): 4 to 7 working days.

Flat rate Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island of $ 19 (regular service) from 4 to 7 working days.

Manitoba flat fee of $ 25 (regular service) from 4 to 7 working days.

Alberta and Saskatchewan fixed fee of $ 25 (regular service) from 4 to 7 working days.

British Columbia flat fee of $ 25 (regular service) from 4 to 7 business days.

Promotion free delivery with any purchase of $ 75 or more ** in Quebec and Ontario

      • Valid shipping and billing addresses in Canada.
      • No parcel delivered to a PO box.
      • The billing address must be the same as the one on the credit card used.
      • Orders from Nunavut, the Yukon or the Northwest Territories will not be serviced by our company.

 

Tracking control

Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email in which you will find an order number. Usually shipments are made by Purolator.

Delivery time

A period of 4 to 9 working days must be allowed to process orders for products in stock at our warehouse and deliverable in Canada.

Go Sport can in no way be held responsible for a delay in delivery resulting from a shortage of stock or attributable to the carrier.

Delivery attempt - Recipient not available

If a delivery attempt is made but the recipient is not available to accept the shipment, a delivery notice will be left specifying the address where the shipment can be picked up. Your shipment will be held at the shipping establishment for a maximum of five business days.

If the package is not collected within the allotted time, it will be returned to Pop Shoes.

If you still want your package, delivery costs will be charged for this 2nd shipment.
