Shipping policy

Delivery

  • Valid shipping and billing addresses in Canada.
  • Delivery to residences only.
  • No parcels delivered to a post office box.
  • The billing address must be the same as the one on the credit card used.
  • Orders from Nunavut, Yukon, or the Northwest Territories will not be served by our company.
  • We will contact you directly if the parcel dimensions are considered non-standard by our carrier, to inform you of any additional fees.

Rate 

Fixed fee for Quebec and Ontario of $12.50 * except for Lower North Shore and Northern Quebec (regular service) 

  • *Fixed fee for Lower North Shore and Northern Quebec according to the carrier $ (regular service).
  • Fixed fee for Labrador and Newfoundland of $37 (regular service) 
  • Fixed fee for Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island of $19 (regular service) 
  • Fixed fee for Manitoba of $25 (regular service)
  • Fixed fee for Alberta and Saskatchewan of $25 (regular service)
  • Fixed fee for British Columbia of $25 (regular service) 

Free delivery with any purchase of $100 or more **in Quebec and Ontario

  • No parcels delivered to a post office box.
  • *Except for the Lower North Shore and Northern Quebec, where we will contact you to agree on shipping fees according to the available carrier (regular service).

Order tracking

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing an order number. Shipments are generally made by Purolator.

Processing time

Under normal conditions, orders will be processed within up to 7 business days. Delays may occur depending on purchase volume. We do our utmost to ensure you receive your parcel as soon as possible. 

Items promoting sports teams may require additional processing time due to customization and high demand.

Go Sport disclaims all responsibility in case of delivery delay due to stock shortages, whether or not caused by the carrier, or resulting from an agreement between the delivery location and the carrier marked SNR (signature not required). Go Sport ships all its orders with a mandatory signature. However, if an SNR agreement is in place for the delivery location, it means you consent to leave the parcel without a signature, which is considered a valid signature. Therefore, if the parcel is lost or stolen following this delivery, Go Sport is released from all responsibility and will not cover credit or replacement costs for the order.

Delivery attempt - Recipient unavailable

If a delivery attempt is made but the recipient is not available to accept the shipment, a delivery notice will be left specifying the address where the shipment can be picked up. Your shipment will be held at the shipping facility for up to five business days.

  • If the parcel is not picked up within the allotted time, it will be returned to Go Sport. If you still want your parcel, delivery fees will be charged for this second shipment.

 

Canada Post strike

We want to reassure you: our main carrier remains Purolator with signature, which allows us to maintain reliable delivery service for the vast majority of our customers.

However, for deliveries to certain remote regions, Canada Post remains our only available carrier. In these cases, there may be additional delays beyond our control.
