We are looking for a District Manager for the Pop and Go Sport Shoes division.
As a District Manager, you are the vital link between all the stores you oversee. You are resourceful and innovative, you have an entrepreneurial spirit and a lot of determination.
You are highly aware of the challenges of business operations and have an excellent understanding of retail, market trends, profit performance and excel in budget planning. You are a good influence and ensure that all of your stores meet and/or exceed their financial goals.
You like teamwork and you know how to inspire, coach, motivate, develop and evaluate your management teams in order to achieve maximum performance and optimize the customer experience.
You ensure that all of your stores operate in accordance with brand and visual standards, as well as all company policies and procedures. You are the driving force behind sales and customer service and you also play an integral role in hiring the management team.
Therefore, the Supervisor is the leader who inspires and unites the efforts of his team in achieving success.
Our District Supervisor must have the following key qualities and skills:
