Refund policy

LEGAL NOTICES / CONDITIONS OF SALE

If the products purchased on the Go Sport website do not completely suit you, we will accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Certain conditions apply:

• The item has not been worn.
• It is still in its original box with its labels.
• You have the invoice or receipt for the transaction.

In the event that the return does not comply with the conditions above, the product may be returned to you at your expense.

No exchange for online purchases.

Please allow 5-10 business days for credit processing.
We will make the refund upon receipt of the package, using the same payment method of the purchase.


A return processing fee of $15.00, including taxes, will be subtracted from the amount of your reimbursement for Quebec and Ontario. For other provinces, a fee of $25.00 will be subtracted.

 

Please note that our return labels are valid for Purolator only. If Purolator is not available in your region, the return will be at your expense according to the carrier of your choice. In this case, the return processing fee will not be deducted from your refund.

 

*** Please note that if the return costs aret higher due to your place of residence, this amount will be deducted entirely from your refund. We will contact you to validate the amount.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Complete the form available in the “Return” section located at the bottom of the home page.
  2. Once the form is submitted, we will send you a label within 2-5 business days
  3. Place the unused, undamaged item in its original packaging and then in the shipping box or bag, making sure to include your invoice or transaction receipt.
  4. You can then drop off your package at the nearest drop-off point.

GUARANTEE

All items offered by Go Sport are new and free from defects. They benefit from a 30-day guarantee from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect, provided that the product has been used under normal conditions. In the event of a defect, we will request photos of the item clearly showing wear and defect. If the request is approved, we will provide you with a return label so that you can return the item to us. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that no compensation or exchange will be given.
