LEGAL NOTICE / TERMS OF SALE
If the products purchased on the GO Sport website do not fully suit you, we will accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Certain conditions apply:
• The item has not been worn.
• It is still in its original box with its tags.
• You have the invoice or receipt of the transaction.
If the return does not meet the above conditions, the product may be returned to you at your expense.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
No exchanges are accepted for purchases made online.
Items purchased in store must be returned to the store, according to the current return policy.
Items purchased online must be returned following the return procedure provided for this purpose. No returns in store are accepted for purchases made online.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Fill out the form available in the "Return" section located at the bottom of the homepage.
- Once the form is submitted, we will send you a label within 2 to 5 business days.
- Place the unused and undamaged item in its original packaging, then in the shipping box or bag, making sure to include your invoice or receipt of the transaction.
- You can then drop off your package at the nearest drop-off point.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for credit processing.
We will issue the refund upon receipt of the package, using the same payment method as the purchase.
Please note that shipping fees paid at the time of purchase (if any) are not refundable in case of return.
A return handling fee of $15.00, taxes included, will be deducted from your refund amount for Quebec and Ontario. For other provinces, a fee of $25.00 will be deducted.
Please note that our return labels are valid only for Purolator. If Purolator is not available in your area, the return will be at your expense using the carrier of your choice. In this case, the return handling fees will not be deducted from your refund.
*** Please note that if return fees are higher due to your place of residence, this amount will be fully deducted from your refund. We will contact you to confirm the amount.

WARRANTY
All items offered by GO Sport are new and free from defects. They come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect, provided the product has been used under normal conditions. In case of defect, we will request photos of the item clearly showing the wear and defect. If the request is approved, we will provide you with a return label so you can send the item back to us. Once received and inspected, a refund will be made using the original payment method. Please note that no compensation or exchange will be granted.
